Как поступить
Поступление иностранных граждан в Бишкекский государственный университет имени академика К. Карасаева осуществляется в соответствии с Правилами приема Министерства науки, высшего образования и инноваций Кыргызской Республики через Центр приема иностранных студентов.
Шаг 1. Выберите образовательную программу
Ознакомьтесь с образовательными программами, факультетами и направлениями подготовки БГУ и выберите интересующую специальность.
Шаг 2. Подайте заявку
WITH июля начинается прием документов иностранных граждан через электронную платформу «Центр приема иностранных студентов».
Процедура приема и зачисления проводится в 5 этапов (туров).
Шаг 3. Подготовьте необходимые документы
Для подачи заявления необходимо подготовить:
- заявление на поступление;
- копию заграничного паспорта;
- документ об образовании с приложением;
- нотариально заверенный перевод документов на русский или кыргызский язык (при необходимости);
- фотографии установленного образца;
- медицинские документы (при необходимости);
- иные документы согласно Правилам приема БГУ.
Шаг 4. Пройдите конкурсный отбор
После рассмотрения документов и успешного прохождения конкурсного отбора университет принимает решение о зачислении кандидата.
Шаг 5. Получите приглашение и оформите учебную визу
После издания приказа о зачислении БГУ оформляет официальное приглашение для получения учебной визы категории «S».
Шаг 6. Прибытие в Бишкек
После прибытия в Кыргызскую Республику сотрудники Департамента международного сотрудничества и инвестиций окажут содействие в:
- оформлении регистрации по месту пребывания;
- продлении учебной визы (при необходимости);
- заселении в общежитие;
- оформлении медицинской страховки;
- адаптации к учебному процессу и студенческой жизни.
Подготовительное отделение (Международный образовательный центр)
Международный образовательный центр Бишкекского государственного университета имени академика К. Карасаева осуществляет довузовскую языковую подготовку иностранных граждан и оказывает содействие в их успешной адаптации к обучению в Кыргызской Республике.
Обучение предназначено для иностранных граждан, планирующих поступление в БГУ или другие высшие учебные заведения Кыргызстана, а также для всех желающих изучать русский или кыргызский язык.
Программы подготовки включают:
- русский язык как иностранный;
- кыргызский язык как иностранный;
- академическое письмо;
- историю, культуру и традиции Кыргызской Республики;
- профильную подготовку в соответствии с выбранным направлением обучения.
Образовательные программы предусматривают различные сроки обучения в зависимости от начального уровня владения языком и целей слушателя. По окончании обучения выдается соответствующий документ установленного образца.
После успешного завершения программы выпускники могут продолжить обучение по образовательным программам бакалавриата, магистратуры и PhD Бишкекского государственного университета имени академика К. Карасаева.

Миграционные вопросы And Visa support
Provides consulting and practical assistance to foreign students and teachers in preparing documents for obtaining Kyrgyz visas.
Main functions:
- Monitoring compliance with the legality of the stay of foreign citizens who have entered into a contract/agreement with the Bishkek State University named after Academician Kusein Karasaev for study or teaching.
- Processing invitations and entry visas for foreign delegations, teachers and students invited by the university individually or within the framework of bilateral Agreements.
- Registration of foreign passports or visas at the Public Service Centers (PSC) in Bishkek for foreign students/teachers, provided that they have a notarized consent from the landlord.
- Registration of study visas for foreign students, listeners, master's degree students, doctoral students, postgraduate students upon request and according to the documents provided by the deans' offices of the relevant faculties.
- Registration of a permit for attracting foreign labor to the Kyrgyz Republic and individual work permits for foreign teachers of BSU in the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Registration of work visas for foreign teachers working at BSU upon request and according to documents provided by the deans of the relevant faculties, except for volunteers of international organizations accredited in the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Consulting authorized representatives and interviewing foreign university students on the timely submission of documents for obtaining a study visa and on the rules of stay in Kyrgyzstan.

— Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic,
— The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic,

— The center for public service for planning, coordinating and improving joint activities with foreign teachers and students.
- Interaction with the Consular Services of the Embassies accredited in Kyrgyzstan on issues related to the study/work/internship of foreign students/teachers of BSU, studying and working respectively.

How can foreign citizens who intend to come to work at our university obtain a PRIMARY BSU work visa?
- A foreign citizen located on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic applies with a written statement to the dean's office of the faculty where he intends to work and provides a full package of necessary documents for visa support:
- Report from the dean's office on the registration of an initial visa for 2 months;
- Personal statement;
- A photocopy of your international passport;
- Photo on a white background 3.5 x 4.5;
- Send to email address jabdyldabekova@bhu.kg a clear scan of the passport in PDF format and a scan of the photo in JPG format of at least 30 KB.
- Receipt of payment of state duty.
После получения рабочей квоты с МТСОМ КР, деканат соответствующего факультета предоставляет все необходимые документы в визовый отдел БГУ.
Upon arrival, a foreign citizen is required to provide the original educational document.
После пересечения государственной границы КР Вы должны в течение 5(пяти) календарных дней с момента прибытия в Бишкек зарегистрироваться по месту фактического проживания или подать документы на регистрацию в консульский сектор департамента международного сотрудничества БГУ (208 кабинет главного корпуса).
To complete the registration The following documents must be provided:
- Notarized consent of the landlord for temporary registration;
- passport;
- receipt of payment of state duty.
Registration upon arrival is mandatory for all foreign citizens who arrive to study/work at BSU.
Продление визы
How to extend a study/work visa for a foreign student, undergraduate, graduate student, or teacher of BSU residing in the Kyrgyz Republic?
Визы на учебу продлеваются на срок не более 1 (одного) учебного года с возможностью ежегодного продления с общим сроком, не превышающим 5 лет, или срока учебного курса в конкретном учебном заведении.
To extend a student visa The following documents must be provided:
- report from the faculty dean's office;
- a certificate from the place of study;
- agreement between BSU and the student;
- valid international passport;
- photograph 3.5 x 4.5;
- registration card;
- квитанцию об уплате государственной пошлины;
- медицинское заключение об отсутствии антител к вирусу иммунодефицита человека (ВИЧ), выданное Республиканским центром по контролю за гемоконтактными вирусными гепатитами и вирусом иммунодефицита человека;
- медицинская справка по форме 086/у;
- полис обязательного медицинского страхования
To extend a work visa The following documents must be provided:
- report from the faculty dean's office;
- certificate from place of work;
- higher education diploma with a notarized translation;
- valid international passport;
- medical certificate for HIV/AIDS;
- photograph 3.5 x 4.5;
- registration card;
- work permit;
- receipt of payment of state duty.
