Functions and Tasks of the RED

- Forming, in accordance with the university's established procedures and in cooperation with the University Editorial and Publishing Council, the preparation for publication of the University's scientific journals, as well as educational and scientific literature written by faculty members, young scientists, postgraduate students, doctoral candidates, master's students, and undergraduate students;

- Executing individual elements of the editorial cycle, including literary editing, copyediting, proofreading of manuscripts, and other related tasks within the University's scientific journals;

- Developing recommendations for improving the technology of the editorial and publishing process;

- Providing methodical and advisory guidance to authors on the preparation of manuscripts in both print and electronic formats;

- Organizing, jointly with the University's Editorial and Publishing Council (RISO), quality control of published literature to ensure its compliance with national publishing and printing standards;

ganizing the publication of manuscripts;

Participating in book fairs and exhibitions;

Interacting with academic departments, the scientific library, and other university divisions regarding the release of literature and monitoring the effective utilization of publications;

Preparing operational and statistical reports on the University's publishing activities in accordance with established procedures.
